- Sewing $20.00 / hour and up (prep & sewing time)
- Minimum Fee $45.00
Cost of fabric, thread, and any notions (buttons, elastic, etc.) will be added to the final cost. Complexity of the sewing can impact the amount of time needed to complete a task.
T-Shirt Quilts
T-Shirt Quilt pricing is a starting price and can increase depending on the complexity of the piecing for the top of the quilt and the density of the long arm quilting. Backing fabric and batting will be added to the cost of the quilt based unless it is provided by the customer.

Designing and piecing the quilt top
- Piecing the quilt top $20.00 / hour and up (prep & sewing time)
- Consultation Fee $50.00
Cost of fabric depends on the design and is not included in the hourly rate. Clients are encouraged to have input on the fabric and can provide fabrics they like.
Complexity of the design will impact the amount of time needed. The consultation fee will be taken off the total cost for the quilt top. This is a nonrefundable fee if the customer chooses to not have the quilt top made.
Long Arm Quilting
- Edge to Edge (E2E) quilting $0.02 per sq inch
- Dense E2E quilting $0.03 per sq inch
- Thread $5.00 flat fee up to 2 colors
- Minimum charge $45.00
Batting
- Price varies depending on type of batting the client wants.
- Warm & Natural (cotton) $12.00 per yard
Other Quilting Charges
- Quilt label $10.00 and up
- Ironing of front or back $20.00 each
- Cutting threads $20.00
- Sewing back fabric together $20.00
- Squaring up front of quilt $25.00
- Making binding $25.00
- Sewing binding to front of quilt $0.15 per linear inch
- Hand sewing binding to back $0.35 per linear inch
- Repair of old quilt: Price varies depending on the quilt and the level of repairs needed. I would need to see the quilt before giving a price for repairs.
**Note: I do not do sewing for competition quilts.
